Our calculations are based on the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Customs Division methodology, including current duty rates, VAT, NHIL, GETFund, COVID Levy, EXIM, AU Levy, ECOWAS Levy, and Vehicle Examination fees. While we strive for accuracy, all results are estimates. Actual duties may vary based on customs officer assessments, exchange rate fluctuations, and policy changes. Always verify with GRA or a licensed customs broker.

Each duty calculation requires one token. When you sign up, you receive 1 free token. You can purchase additional tokens from your Dashboard using Mobile Money or card via Paystack. Tokens never expire and remain in your account until used.

Token purchases are non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that caused a token to be deducted without delivering a calculation, please contact us at support@ghduty.com and we will investigate and credit your account if appropriate.

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) lookup automatically detects your vehicle's year, make, model, engine size, and body type from the 17-character VIN stamped on your vehicle. This saves time and improves calculation accuracy. You can find your VIN on the driver's side dashboard, the driver's door jamb, or your vehicle registration documents.

We accept payments through Paystack in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Supported methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through Paystack's PCI DSS-compliant platform.

After completing a calculation, click the "Download PDF" button to generate a professional duty breakdown report. You can also access past calculations and download reports from your Dashboard under the History tab.

Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and set a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@ghduty.com.
